Re-Cover Hats, Bags and More:
I have a love for quality fabrics and treasure hunting at local thrift stores. I am always looking for quality and natural fabrics of all shapes and sizes. I create art pieces sewn from these various textiles. I love that all the fabrics I use have experienced a previous life. I find joy in giving them a new way to shine.
I grew up in Ann Arbor and went to the UM school of Natural Resources. I have a small business that designs, installs and cares for small landscapes in Ann Arbor with a focus on native plants of Michigan. In the winter, I hibernate, plow snow and sew.
I am my happiest when I am growing or creating things. I hope that some of the things I create will bring you or someone you love Joy.
